Thought Patterns for
High Performance®

A live, two-day leadership mindset workshop in Omaha, Nebraska.

Address individual and organizational habits of thought which impact individual, team and organizational performance.

Acquire the tools to develop an effective leadership mindset and take your organization to new levels of performance.

If you are like most leaders, you constantly ask yourself, “Am I an effective leader?” “How can I do more with less, while keeping up with rapid pace of change, and not wear our people out?” and ultimately, “How can I be more?”

The ability to achieve your vision and goals already exists inside of your organization - do you have the right tools to maximize it’s potential?

The Pacific Institute® invites you to join Thought Patterns for High Performance® to learn how leadership mindset impacts the people, culture and outcomes within your organization.

This two-day workshop will provide leaders with an experiential understanding of mindset and will focus on the following objectives:

Learn how organizational health impacts organizational achievement.

Uncover areas where ineffective thinking may be creating inefficiencies, causing employees to disengage, and limiting you and your organization from reaching its full potential.

“People felt it was the best experience they’ve had from a personal development perspective. Which speaks volumes because Providence invests a lot in its people. We have leadership formation programs and we’re all encouraged to go through different development processes and programs Providence has invested in. Nothing has generated the feedback that this program has.”

"Working with The Pacific Institute has helped us transform our culture from good to great! It provided us the blueprint of where we were and more importantly, the map of where we want to go. The training is world class, I love working with the TPI team! The energy and excitement the training creates has brought more team cohesion and effectiveness to my team.  I can see leadership differences in just a few months and they are modeling the lessons to others. I am excited to see the results after the TPI team trains all faculty and staff in the mindset principles."
