Driven by his passion for youth and athletics, Herfurth is currently the Director of Athletics at University School of Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Under his direction, the athletic program has experienced great success including the 2012 football State Championship and a #1 national ranking.

Paul’s experience has taken him to the professional sports level where he served as the Director of Professional Scouting and Assistant Director of Player Development for the Colorado Rockies. He also served as a hitting coach in the Texas Rangers organization before returning to his alma mater, Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory where he served as Athletic Director and Head Baseball Coach.
